Meet the team
Kate Russell
Chief Operating Officer, Tellus Natural Capital
Kate is an Agricultural Valuer, Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Environmentalist with 30 years’ experience in rural land and property management. She spent 13 years as a Technical and Policy Adviser at the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), briefing professionals across the UK and governments in policy development, resulting in an extensive network of contacts among professional advisers in the rural sector. In 2021 Kate established her own natural capital consultancy business (Tellus Natural Capital) and advises on natural capital and emerging markets for ecosystem services.
Chris Fry
Managing Director, Accelar
Chris is Accelar Limited’s Managing Director. His advice is based on many years’ experience in business strategy, leadership, communications and operational management. He is Chair of the Ecosystems Knowledge Network, and holds a number of other key advisory positions in relation to green finance and net zero carbon. He’s passionate about innovation, and believes collaboration makes the green transition possible.
