Creating circular cities, at the Festival of Circular Economy 2021

On Wednesday 21 April, Accelar’s Clare Ollerenshaw will be taking part in a panel discussion as part of CIWM’s Festival of Circular Economy 2021. The Festival is being held in conjunction with event partner Circular Economy Club (CEC) and will host 60 speakers over the two days with topics ranging from reimaging business models to creating markets for secondary materials.

The panel Clare will take part in is entitled ‘Creating circular cities’ alongside colleagues from Zero Waste Scotland, ReLondon and the Biomimicry Lab. The panel will explore how to create circular cities, who needs to be involved and where the biggest impacts can be made. Clare has over ten years experience in circular economy and is a volunteer co-ordinator of the Birmingham and West Midlands chapter of CEC.
